The Spirit Lake Vocational Rehabilitation newsletter, reprinted with permission of the Spirit Lake VR Project, provides such basic information as "Yes, you can get services even if you are enrolled on a reservation different from where you are living now, " and "No, if the only reason you lost your job is that you stayed out all night partying and didn't go into work, you do not qualify for our services."
