could have devastating results. When people believe
everyone around them should change, nothing changes and the
same old status quo, favoritism, nepotism, ignoring policy
etc., remains in place. Martin Luther King, Jr. said,
"Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere
ignorance and conscientious stupidity”.
