I am writing an article on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and the legal process, etc. Does anyone have any personal experiences they would like to share on problems they have run into with the legal system with FAS?

I don't have any personal experiences. However, you can check the Spirit Lake Consulting website. There was an article by an attorney in Canada who represented people with FAS. Go to the search box at the bottom of the Spirit Lake Consulting home page
