Today I added two new sections for the new Tribal Leaders Institute (don't bother going and looking, they aren't uploaded yet). The two areas are:
The Jerome Library of Tribal Leadership
and
Electronic Filing Cabinet
The library will include full text retrieval of sources on tribal ethics, including PowerPoint presentations, articles and entire books.
The electronic filing cabinet will have samples of materials for the ethical manager. To maintain an honest, fair organization, it helps to have objective, honest, policies and procedures, such as a written attendance policies, letters to employees clearly spelling out problems with behavior at work, etc.
My hope is that we eventually will have so much on this site, including the library and filing cabinet that we will be like the wikipedia of Indian country.
We need a lot more organization and a lot more material. So far, I only have one resource at each one, but hey, I just started this tonight.
