Native American Advocacy Project -serves people with all types of disabilities. They have several programs that include such services as Independent Living Skills training, teaching people with disabilities to care for themselves in all ways from preparing their own food to budgeting their money to making friends. One of their programs even funds home modifications to be handicapped accessible.
