Our mission is to improve people's lives in American Indian and other disadvantaged communities. How we differ from all of those organizations promising to help. Three words - we've done it.

Examples of how we have made life better:

• Provided training on reservations throughout North Dakota to help staff work with people with disabilities and chronic illness.
• Obtained funding for a program to provide tutoring and after school activities to prepare American Indian students for college.
• Created a website for teachers of students who are limited in English where they can download lesson plans and other resources on teaching for free.
• Obtained funding for a program to help people with disabilities get jobs or start their own businesses.
• Provided employment opportunities on reservations so that tribal members who get an education are not faced with choosing between staying in their home community and getting a job that uses their talents.
